Selenite is a calming stone that diffuses a deep peace surrounding one with heavenly light, bringing radiance and harmony in meditation. Selenite is excellent for connecting with your guardian angels and angelic beings for the purposes of guidance and direction.

Wearing Selenite in Jewellery is used to attract love, giving an understanding the importance of relationships and goodness to others. Selenite protects your aura from negative energy and keeps your mind, body and spirit in balance.

Effectively, Selenite has a wonderful high vibration, which you can use to charge other crystals, by placing stones on top of it. Charging plates, cubes or rods are the best types of forms to use. 

Selenite Crystals also known as satin spar or gypsum commonly occur as tabular, reticular, and columnar crystals. The most common colour of selenite is the pearly white colour with its iridescent shine. They also come in grey, brown, beige, orange, pink, yellow, light red, and green. 

Selenite are very soft minerals with the hardness of 2 on MOHS scale, which makes it very easy to work with. One of my favourites as you don’t need any commercial lapidary machines, just your standard house hold tools.
