Australian Domestic Orders
All items are shipped from our Wollongong head office. Delivery generally takes 2-6 business days depending on your location. It may take up to 10 days to receive items if you live in WA or NT. Please allow up to 2 days for packing your order.
Postal Service only available Monday – Friday. Please be advised that Australia Post do no operate on weekends or public holidays.
For shipping within Australia, you can choose between standard shipping with tracking or Express Post, which is priced according to the weight of your package (next day delivery to most metropolitan areas). We use Australia Post shipping calculator to estimate the costs of your postage.
All items are sent via Australia Post, and can be tracked via the tracking number which is provided upon shipping confirmation, sent via your email on file. If you cannot find your tracking information please contact us or message us via our official Facebook page.
International Orders (Outside Australia) Manual Invoices only.
We offer International Shipping on our website via PayPal only. Please ‘Request A Quote‘ via Email us with your order and we will message you back a shipping quote once we have weighed and calculated the correct costs. Unfortunately these can’t be processed via website. I’ll send you a PayPal link to your email. Please check spam folder and move to inbox if you can’t see it.
Payment is required within 24hours. Non payment after this time will result in cancellation. Please also note that your items will not be held in your cart and may be purchased by someone else, so be sure to finalise your order promptly.
Please also take in consideration that packaging, including box can weigh approximately 200gm, so please add that to your weight of products.
