Kambaba is a stromatolite found in Madagascar, which is a fossilized algae, with greenish or blackish orbs of petrified algae with black ringed green centre. Kambaba jasper is more than three billion years old.
Originally called Green Stromatolite Jasper and now goes by the trade name Kambaba or Crocodile Jasper.
