Returns & Refunds
Broken / Faulty Goods: We take the utmost care to ensure that breakages do not occur, all packages are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and packed tight with extra padding inside. If your product has unfortunately broken or is faulty please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving it and email us by replying to your order invoice.
Change of mind: Store credit (not including postage) may be issued for change of mind within 10 days of purchase. The item must be sent back in it’s original unused condition so that the item can be resold. Please ensure you read all the product details, sizes and specifications prior to purchase to help prevent this from happening.

Delivery Information
All items are shipped from our Wollongong head office. Delivery generally takes 2-6 business days depending on your location. It may take up to 10 days to receive items if you live in WA or NT. Please allow up to 2 days for packing your order.
Postal Service only available Monday – Friday. Please be advised that Australia Post do no operate on weekends or public holidays.
For shipping within Australia, you can choose between standard shipping with tracking or Express Post, which is priced according to the weight of your package (next day delivery to most metropolitan areas). We use Australia Post shipping calculator to estimate the costs of your postage.
All items are sent via Australia Post, and can be tracked via the tracking number which is provided upon shipping confirmation, sent via your email on file. If you cannot find your tracking information please contact us or message us via our official Facebook page.
Product Holds
Due to many items being one offs, items will be held for up to 20 minutes while your payment is pending. We are unable to hold items at this time. Be sure to checkout quickly to prevent items being bought by another customer. Items will remain in your cart until you remove them or they are purchased by you or another customer.
Jewellery Care Instructions Jewellery is delicate, so please handle carefully. Please void contact with cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray and long exposure to sunlight as this may cause tarnishing and discolouration. Avoid contact with water. Remove all jewellery before showering or conducting household tasks such as cleaning. Metal components can be cleaned with a soft jewellery polishing cloth. Store jewellery in a clean, dry environment, preferably in separate pouches or boxes.
